Zee5, India’s largest video streaming platform and Bharat and multilingual storyteller for many entertainment seekers, has announced an exciting lineup of Hollywood blockbusters as part of ZeePlex’s TVOD offering.
This new addition features popular films released worldwide starring some of Hollywood’s most acclaimed talents. The slate includes names like Uncharted, Studio 666, Umma, Jockey, and Descarrilados, among others.
The addition of this library is in line with Zee5’s focus on strengthening its roster with quality content by engaging the top names in the creative ecosystem to bring unique and premium content to a wide range of publics.
While “Uncharted” with Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg is available in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, Studio 666 with Whitney Cummings and Taylor Hawkins is only available in English. In addition, ‘Umma’ with Sandra Oh will be available starting May 24; ‘Jockey’ with Clifton Collins Jr. and Descarrilados with Julián López; Arturo Valls will be available from 26 May. While Clifton Collins Jr. winning the Special Jury Award for Interpretation at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival for his performance in Jockey, Descarrilados was nominated for Best Picture at the Almeria International Short Film Festival. Each film will be available for Rs 99 pay-per-view.
