Jonatan Christie and Anthony Ginting Compact for the second round of the Malaysian Open 2022

JAKARTA – Jonatan Christie’s men’s singles managed to qualify for the second round of the Malaysia Open 2022. He earned his ticket after beating Indian representative Sameer Verma.

Jonathan had to fight for three matches, 21-14, 13-21 and 21-7 at Field 3 Axiata Arena, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Tuesday June 28, 2022. It was Jonathan’s second win in four encounters with Verma .
