The Indian cricket team beat Bangladesh by 50 runs to record their second victory of the Super 8s at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua on Saturday, June 22.
Bangladesh were chasing a win by 197 but could not get a solid innings from any of their batters and ended up with just 146/8.
Earlier, India had scored 196/5 in their 20 overs, with Hardik Pandya hitting an unbeaten 50 and Rishabh Pant (36), Virat Kohli (37) and Shivam Dube (34) making useful contributions against Bangladesh in their second Super 8 match.
Bangladesh had to win this game if they wanted to stay in the race for the semi-finals.
