- Open WhatsApp on your mobile device.
- Tap the three-dot menu icon in the upper right corner to access the menu options.
- From the menu, select “Payments”.
- In the Payments section, you should see an option for “Transactions” or “Payment History.” Tap this option.
- Here you will find a list of all your past transactions made via WhatsApp Pay. You can scroll through this list to view details such as the date, recipient, and amount of each transaction.
- If you need more information about a specific transaction, you can tap on it to view additional details.
Manage payment history
Apart from viewing your payment history, you also have the option to delete payment history details from WhatsApp.
- From the Payments Hub, tap Delete saved payment information.
- Tap Delete.
- Close and restart the application.
After restarting the app, your payment information will be cleared. Although you can still access the details in the payment hub, the data stored by WhatsApp will be deleted.
