Broadband satellite and managed network services, Hughes Communications India (HCI), will deploy its Managed Dual LTE/4G high availability solution to leading cement companies – ACC and Ambuja Cement Limited. This HCI managed service will add multi-path backup to the SDWAN network that ACC and Ambuja Cement deploy in their manufacturing units. The managed service will improve network reliability to support critical business processes and applications.
HCI Managed Solution: How will it work?
HCI offers a turnkey solution including setup, installation and support for all locations. The 2 Mbps LTE/4G connections are from various telecommunications companies with automatic failover between the LTE connections.
The customer’s on-site devices have two independent LTE ports and modules that support all major routing and security protocols. In the event of a primary network failure, the HCI solution provides connectivity for critical business applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), voice and Internet.
HCI’s solution also offers a clear and easy-to-use reporting interface that provides customers with a centralized dashboard view of their network, devices and user activity, enabling seamless network setup, change management and help desk support.
