Additionally, he won a silver medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and 2018 Asian Games, respectively, as well as two bronze medals at the Uber Cup.

The silver medal won in women’s singles at the 2016 Summer Olympics made her the first Indian to reach the final of an Olympic badminton event and an Indian to enter the final phase of an event in singles at the Olympics.

Then, at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, Sindhu also managed to get a bronze medal for the women’s singles sector.
