1. Cultural and linguistic factors
A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and also the founder of Sun Microsystems, Vinod Khosla said Indians were able to master the world of computing because they had grown up in diverse communities and customs.
Another factor that enables Indians to learn computers quickly is the language, where they are able to speak English.
This language allows them to mix with people living outside India, especially when they migrate to the United States.

Another reason why Indians are able to penetrate global technology companies is that they have a strong educational background.
Some of them were born at IIT, the university that was previously where Pichai and Parag Agrawal (former CEO of X) studied.
IIT is considered the top university in India with over a million applications every year to compete for 16,000 seats on campus.
IIT was founded in 1950 by Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, who envisioned a highly qualified cadre of science and engineering graduates.
