Mumbai Indians paid a fitting tribute to their captain Rohit Sharma as Hardik Pandya replaced him as the new team leader.
Cards read; as soon as Hardik Pandya returns to the โhome teamโ, sooner or later he will become the captain of Mumbai Indians. However, no one expected this to happen just weeks after Pandya returned to Michigan. After announcing the news, Mumbai Indians released a heartfelt video on their social media accounts to pay tribute to the five-time IPL champion and their captain of the last decade, Rohit Sharma.
In the short one-minute video, we see Rohit having fun with his teammates and teaching an important lesson to the kids. This beautiful message highlights the camaraderie he shares with his teammates and his time as captain of Mumbai Indians.
