The Indian cricket team will travel to South Africa on December 6 for the IND vs SA T20I series which begins on December 10. Today, after India reached Durban, the BCCI released footage of the warm welcome the team received on arrival in South Africa.
The young team led by captain Suryakumar Yadav and coach Rahul Dravid was welcomed at the team hotel with thunderous applause. The short video ends with Captain Surya looking into the camera and saying: “Welcome to South Africa.”
During the month-long tour of South Africa, we will first tackle the challenges of T20Is, then move on to ODIs and finally end the tour in Capetown.
