TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Vivo has just launched a new phone in Taiwan, vivo V21s. The device was launched 18 months after the variant vivoV21 The former has been announced, packing the Dimensity 800U chipset and Funtouch OS 12, based on Android 12. Later, the Vivo V23 and Vivo V25 will come alongside it to store shelves in Taiwan.
Vivo V21s has mostly identical specs vivoV21 5G, but added NFC. Meanwhile, compared to the Vivo V21 variant, the new device comes with 5G connectivity. If the operating system used is FuntouchOS 11, then Vivo V21s goes even further with FuntouchOS 12.
Other important specifications are the same as the other variants, for example the 6.44-inch AMOLED display with 1080p resolution and a teardrop notch (water drop notch) for the 44 MP front camera. 8GB RAM capacity and 128GB of internal storage and can be expanded with a microSD slot.
Vivo V21s is priced at T$11,490 equivalent to Rp. 5.7 million and comes in two color variants. Pricing is the same when the Vivo V21 launches in April 2021.
Compared to the V25, Vivo’s latest V-series, the screen size is the same. But the processor is below because the V25 uses Dimensity 900 with a combination of RAM and storage up to 12/256 GB. Even with the selfie camera vivoV25 which is 50 MP, or higher specs than the Vivo V21s.
