Vietnam-India friendship grows stronger over time

The “Vietnam Day in India 2022” program was held in New Delhi from 12 to 14 December, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary.e anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and India (1972-2022).

Vietnamese artist to appear on the show”magic night“, on December 12 in New Delhi.

The series of events opened with “Magic Night” on the evening of December 12, performed by artists from the Viêt Bac People’s Theatre. This art activity is an example of cultural exchange between Vietnam and India. Indian audiences have the opportunity to better understand the unique ethnic arts of Vietnam, including those recognized by UNESCO as the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

A grand event, named “Vietnamese Culture Room”, took place on December 13 at the Vietnam Embassy headquarters in New Delhi. Indian audience can experience Vietnamese folk art forms such as Dông Hô folk paintings, lacquerware, prints for him and several performances of folk musical instruments.

In addition, the participants had the opportunity to learn more about the country and people of Vietnam through book and photo exhibitions. The image of Vietnam which is rich in identity and vitality is presented through the video clip.

Apart from that, visitors can also learn about Vietnam’s culinary culture, tasting typical dishes prepared by embassy staff and chefs at Vietnamese restaurants in New Delhi.
