U-17 national team successfully beats India in test match

TEROPONGNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – The Indonesian U-17 national team successfully defeated India with a score of 3-1 in the first test match at Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar Bali, Monday (26/8/2024).

Indonesia played in attack from the first minutes. This was proven when Mirza Fajritulla's acceleration was violated in the penalty area in the 14th minute.

Evandra Florasta, who came as the executioner, managed to score the ball into the Indian goal. Making the score 1-0.

Not staying quiet, India had a golden opportunity in the 24th minute. But unfortunately, Ahongshangbam Samson's shot still hit the crossbar.

Until halftime of the first half, the score was still 1-0.

At the start of the second half, Garuda Muda showed their strength again through Fandi Ahmad's goal in the 50th minute. The attacking midfielder managed to tear the net of the Indian goal after taking advantage of the chaos in the opponent's penalty area.

Two minutes later, India managed to reduce the deficit thanks to Lewis Zangmilin's goal. Making the score 2-1.

However, Indonesia managed to extend the score to 3-1 again in the 62nd minute through a goal from Mierza after receiving a cool pass from his partner.

Until the final whistle, the Indonesian national team managed to win with a score of 3-1. Then, the two teams will face each other again on Tuesday (27/8/2024).
