“The international community should not hesitate and be afraid of being accused of interfering in the internal affairs of India. Because according to international law, what happened in India is a violation of international law, for example, Article 2 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, General Assembly Resolutions 53/144 of 9 December 1948 and the Statute of Rome,” Chandra said.
IMLC will officially send a letter to the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court to immediately conduct an investigation. Chandra hopes the global community won’t ignore her.
“If the international community remains silent, then international law created by the West will not provide legal protection to Muslims in various parts of the world, but international law is used to legalize their interests,” Chandra said.
