The company has sold 10,312 units of its compact SUV. Maruti Suzuki is now gearing up to launch the latest model of the popular compact SUV, which will be known as the Brezza.

Ahead of its launch on June 30, the facelifted Brezza sparked a huge discussion on social media and the compact SUV was trending on Twitter for several weeks. Car enthusiasts swear by the Vitara Brezza for its practicality and value for money. The Vitara Brezza is the perfect vehicle for the occasional weekend getaway. The Maruti Suzuki will be powered by a 1.5 liter K15C petrol engine. It’s the same engine found under the hood of the new Ertiga and XL6. Buyers can choose a powertrain mated to a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic.

Next generation technology

The new Brezza is more technologically advanced than the previous model. This compact SUV will feature a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system with the ARKAMYS audio system which was recently spotted in the new Baleno. The taller Brezza models will also feature a futuristic heads-up display that will contain important driving information such as speed and rpm. Maruti Suzuki has also finally included a power sunroof in the new Brezza, which is offered by its competitors.

Variant

Maruti Suzuki will offer the Brezza in four variants – LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi+. The top-spec version will also include six airbags and a 360-degree camera, which will make the Brezza very attractive to many buyers.

Reservations at

Orders for the new Brezza started on June 20 and Maruti Suzuki reportedly received 4,400 orders within 24 hours.
