TALK NEWS — Witan Sulaeman, the Indonesian national team winger, officially left Polish league top caste club Lechia Gdanks on Wednesday (27/07/2022) yesterday morning.
Under contract since 2021, Witan Sulaeman is struggling to get minutes of play at the Lechia Gdanks club.
For this reason, Witan Sulaeman was loaned out to FK Senica last season, where he was then in tandem with Egy Maulana Vikri, who was signed earlier.
At FK Senica, Witan had enough playing time, appeared 12 times and scored four goals while playing for the top club in the Slovak league.

Unfortunately, the financial crisis that hit FK Senica forced Witan Sulaeman to be sent back to Poland. With Lechia Gdansk he again struggled to get playing minutes as coach Tomasz Kaczmarek said he only wanted the players he needed.
At Lechia, Witan was not registered to appear in the UEFA Conference League, nor in the domestic league. As a result, Lechia Gdańsk also released Witan Sulaeman for the sake of his career. This was announced on the club’s official website.
“Witan Sulaeman has terminated his contract with the club, by mutual agreement he now has the freedom to find a new club,” reads the official website of Lechia Gdańsk
Not only have the witans been released, but at least four players have been released, namely; Joseph Ceesay, Egzon Kryeziu, Omran Haydary, Tomasz Makowski and Lukasz Zjawinsku.
