Taking over the G20 presidency next year, India is set to hold 200 meetings

India will chair the G20 group of nations for a year for the first time, starting December 1. Many delegates and diplomats from G20 member countries and visiting countries will arrive in India for this meeting over a period of one year.

On this occasion, India will also present its culture, diversity and technological advances during one year of its presidency.



charged PTI, Former Foreign Minister and G20 India Chief Coordinator, Harsh Shringla and G20 Chief Coordinator Sherpa Amitabh Kant made a presentation regarding the planned programs at the Ministerial Council of the Union on Thursday (10/11). Kant and Shringla told ministers and secretaries during the presentation that more than 200 meetings will be held in 56 locations, both towns and villages.

At the same meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi called for the programs to not only impress but also inspire.
