Surge launches Surge 07 cohort, there are 15 startups from Southeast Asia and India

The cohort includes the former CFO of Nykaa, Uber’s first engineer in India; the software engineers who helped build Apache Hive; an aerospace engineer turned fintech founder; and machine learning engineers working on conversational AI on Facebook.
