jpnn.com, KERALA – Five people have been arrested for allegedly forcing college entrance exam students to remove their bras before entering the exam site.

Reported by Mirror.co.uk, Thursday (7/21), three of the authors worked for an agency contracted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and two worked for the Mar Thoma Institute of Information Technology in Kerala, India, where the incident has occurred.

A 17-year-old girl who was about to take her first National Entrance Eligibility Test (NEET) was traumatized by the perpetrators’ actions, her father claims.

NEET itself is a national selection for Indian citizens who wish to enter medical school.

The father presented himself to the police and said that his daughter was dressed according to the rules of the NEET bulletin which made absolutely no mention of underwear.

The victim’s father told a local television station that shortly after his daughter entered the examination area, he and his wife who were waiting in the car received a call asking them to report to the gate.

“When we got to the door, we saw our daughter crying. She said she and the other girls were asked to take off some of their underwear and asked for a scarf to wear during the test,” he continued.

The mother gave her daughter her shawl and she went back inside. However, after the exams were over, their daughter was still very depressed and she told them what had happened.
