Lahore – The Sports Promotion Society International (SPSI), its founder and president Faisal Fayyad, has signed a memorandum of understanding with six Indonesian international universities. According to Faisal, there are other affiliations and collaborations in the process of promoting and developing physical education and sports, especially for young people in Pakistan. It will also work closely with sports bodies in the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, India, Iraq, Egypt, Romania, Ukraine, Oman, Germany, etc. Indonesia, Siliwangi University, Indonesia, Ai Asyariah Mandar University, West Sulawesi, Indonesia, Toraja Christian University, Indonesia and Muhammadiyah University of Sidenreng Rappang, Indonesia. Faisal was recently awarded the 2022 National Youth Empowerment Award based on Physical Education, Science and Technology, Gymnastics and Sports Science from Rising Pakistan, Educasa International and Minhaj Youth League.
His service to young people on the base is very much appreciated. Faisal is an international athlete, gymnast, coach and sports manager as well as a researcher in the fields of physical education, sports science, educational technology and computer science and an ambassador for many international bodies.
