Provincial government of North Sumatra welcomes offer of cooperation program with Indian government (Analisdaily/Special)

Analisadaily.com, Medan – The Regional Secretary of North Sumatra Province (Sekdaprov), Arief S Trinugroho, has welcomed the offer of cooperation on various programs from the Government of India through the Consulate General of India in Medan. The provincial government of North Sumatra (Pemprov) will soon study the program further.

“The offer of this program is quite interesting. We will consider all the opportunities presented. Later we will consider that one of them is the ecotourism (ecotourism) program,” said Arief S Trinugroho, during visit to the office of Consul General Shri Shubham Singh. and his staff, in the working room of the North Sumatra Regional Secretary, Office of the Governor of North Sumatra, Jalan Diponegoro Number 30 Medan, Thursday (5/11). Arief said the various proposed schemes would be studied first, especially seeing all the potential that would bring benefits to both parties, both Indonesia, especially the North Sumatra province and also India. On this occasion, Arief also expressed his gratitude to the Consulate General of India in Medan, which has given so much attention to North Sumatra. It is hoped that the cooperation that will be established will strengthen the sense of brotherhood between Indonesia and India. The Consul General’s office, Shri Shubham Singh, conveyed several cooperation programs that could be done with the provincial government of North Sumatra. Among others, offering cooperation programs in the field of economics, ecotourism, planting of mangroves, security, investigative technology, trade and others. “We will later make all the offers in writing addressed to the governor as well as the secretariat. We hope that there will be a response regarding the offer and that cooperation can be established from the various programs we offer with the provincial government,” said Shri Shubham Singh.(REL/RZD)
