– Cars undergo a 111-point inspection and offer a 12-month warranty

German premium luxury carmaker Porsche has made its debut in the used car segment with the launch of the Porsche Approved business in India. The newly launched Porsche Approved program is now available across India with a comprehensive used vehicle warranty for a minimum of 12 months. The company claims that used cars sold through the Porsche Approved program have undergone a 111-point inspection. Porsche Assistance, a 24-hour breakdown service, is also available to the customer.

The initiative is intended to offer customers security even after the new vehicle warranty has expired. The Porsche Approved Program includes a guarantee that covers all essential services beyond the regular new car contract. The 12-month warranty covers repairs to all vehicle components including labor costs, excluding consumables and wearing parts such as wiper blades, tyres, fluids and brake pads. The program includes all Porsche vehicles that have not covered 2,00,000 km and are up to six years old.

On that occasion, Manolito Vujicic, Brand Director of Porsche India, said: “Our Porsche Approved program offers a high level of quality by passing a 111-point check on every used Porsche. This means that every vehicle should correspond to the original condition and thus evaluates every model with the “Tested” seal. With this seal, we certify that only original Porsche parts were used and installed by qualified Porsche technicians.”
