Ministry delegation for Overseas Territories: foreign deputies “surprised” by Philippe Vigier’s appointment

Philippe Vigier… this name of course means nothing to you, but as of this Thursday evening 20 July 2023, he has become the new Minister of Overseas Territories. He replaced Jean-François Carenco. The transfer of power and the handover of the keys to rue Oudinot, where the ministry’s headquarters is located, took place this Friday at 10am (Reunion time).
