This is the second APRC event on Lake Toba, last year there was an increase in accommodation occupancy rate of around 80%. It is hoped that this time, the APRC will have a more significant economic impact on society.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the Indonesian Motorcyclists Association (IMI) Bambang Soesatyo said the facilities for this event would be better this year. This way it will attract more tourists and allow larger events to be organized.

“Next year the facilities will be better, the roads, there is a hotel being built, I hope next year we will host the WRC (World Rally Championship),” said Bambang Soesatyo, who is also the chairman of the Indonesian MPR.

According to information from committee chairman Harun Mustafa, the Lake Toba APRC 2023 will bring together the best runners from Asia-Pacific, including Indonesia.
