2. All iPhone 14 models have 6GB of RAM
Over the past two years, one of the ways Apple has differentiated its Pro and non-Pro iPhone models has been RAM capacity. The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 have 4GB of RAM, while the 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max have 6GB of RAM.
Apple also applies the same scenario to the iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13, which have 4 GB of RAM, while the iPhone 13 and 13 Pro Max have 6 GB of RAM.
Citing GSM Arena, now Xcode 14 beta confirms that all iPhone 14 models will be supported by 6GB of RAM. This is the first time since the iPhone 11 series that all models have received the same amount of RAM.
Earlier rumors said that the iPhone 14 Pro series will be supported by faster LPDDR5 RAM, while the standard version of the iPhone 14 model will be supported by LPDDR4X RAM.
