“We run development projects and partnerships with many countries, but this is perhaps one of the rare occasions when a project is executed so well with excellence like this, even before the scheduled date,” said K. Nandini Singla.
The Indian Ambassador to Mauritius highly praised the “leadership” of the Prime Minister and his government. He was an honored guest at the launch of the 2C (Curepipe-Port-Louis) phase of the Metro Express this Sunday, October 9th at Curepipe.
“This is a moment of pride, both for the people of Mauritius and for the people and government of India,” the diplomat said.
He also congratulated Pravind Jugnauth on several occasions for completing the Curepipe-Port-Louis route well ahead of the scheduled period (Editor’s Note: December 2022).
“I am personally aware that it is his direct supervision that allows the project to achieve excellence,” he said of the Mauritius head of government, thanking the latter for directing the project so well.
