Jakarta: Meta Quest Pro just launched a few days ago, and the presence of this mixed reality headset supports Meta’s steps in creating a new advertising-related privacy policy.
The policy, known as the Eye Tracking Privacy Notice, allows Meta to leverage eye sensors and other data points from the Quest Pro headset. Quotation India timein its new policy, Meta states that this is to help Meta personalize the user experience and improve Meta Quest.

Meta is also reportedly developing a full-body tracking sensor that will allow avatars to mimic real-world user movements. This is said to allow Meta to obtain more data to deliver targeted advertisements to its users.
Previously, Meta delivered on its promise to bring support for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to Facebook. Users can now upload digital collectibles held in their digital wallets on Facebook and Instagram.
After connecting the digital wallet to one of the apps, users will be able to access the NFT from Facebook or Instagram. Citing Engadget, Meta is bringing this NFT support a few weeks after expanding access to Instagram’s NFT feature to more countries.
