Dawn Alfiane/Muhammad Rian Ardianto managed to become champion Malaysian Open 2023. They hope to accomplish more after this time.
Fajar/Rian, who were able to rank number one in the world at the end of 2022, managed to start 2023 with good results. They won the Malaysian Open, the opening tournament of this year’s BWF Tour.
“The significance of this champion certainly adds to our motivation to keep bringing achievements to Indonesia.”

Victory at the Malaysian Open 2023 will add to Fajar/Rian’s confidence for future tournaments. In January, there will always be the India Open and the Indonesian Masters.
“Happy, thank God, at the beginning of 2023 we can win the first place in the Super 1000. Very grateful, I hope in the future it will be even better.”
“We always want to be the best, always think positive, do our best and focus in every game,” Fajar said.
Fajar/Rian managed to win the Malaysia Open after defeating Liang Wei Keng/Wang Chang in the final. Fajar/Rian won via a rubber game duel that ended 21-18, 18-21, 21-13.
