Lula elected president of Brazil, warning of strong winds and tragedy in India

The storm will hit Brittany this Monday night, then hit Cotentin in the second half of the evening. Finistère and Côtes-d’Armor expect gusts of 90 to 100 km/h on land and 110 to 130 km/h along the coast. At Morbihan, gusts of 90 to 100 km/h are expected inland, 110 to 120 km/h along the coast. Finally in the Channel, we can expect gusts of 100 to 110 km/h inland, 110 to 130 km/h along the coast.
