List of Indonesian players in Thailand Masters 2023

Indonesia sent 15 representatives to participate in the tournament badminton Thailand Masters 2023 which will take place at Nimibutr Stadium, Bangkok, from January 30 to February 5.

Most of Indonesia’s top players were absent from the Thailand Masters 2023, which has BWF Super 300 tournament status. There were no names like Jonatan Christie, Anthony Ginting, or doubles like Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto and Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia.

In men’s singles, Indonesia only sent Christian Adinata who will face Magnus Johannesen in the qualifying round. There were two women’s singles playing: Putri Kusuma Wardani and Komang Ayu Cahya Dewi.

Double numbers are more representative. Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin, who just won the 2023 Indonesia Masters on Sunday (1/29), will appear as the fourth seed in the 2023 Thailand Masters.

Men’s doubles Muhammad Shohibul Fikri/Bagas Maulana and Pramudya Kusumawardana/Yeremia Erich Yoche Yacob Rambitan will also compete in the Thailand Open this time.

In women’s doubles, there are the names Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma/Amalia Cahaya Pratiwi who are the fourth seeds, and Meilysa Trias Puspita Sari/Rachel Allessya Rose.

Meanwhile, in mixed doubles, there is Rehan Naufal Kusharjanto/Lisa Ayu Kusumawati who are the fourth seeds, Zachariah Josiahno Sumanti/Hediana Julimarbela, ahead of Dejan Ferdinansyah/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja.
