New Delhi, Sept. 13 (IANS) Local Twitter rival Koo announced on Tuesday that it had collaborated with India Post Payments Bank (IPPB), a division of India Post, under the Ministry of Communications, to promote financial inclusion and literacy.
As part of this collaboration, IPPB has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Koo which aims to unite the synergy between Koo and IPPB to encourage financial inclusion and literacy among users at various levels.2, 3 and remote and remote cities.

This MoU will help reach a broad customer base and communicate through Koo’s unique language community across the country using Koo’s Multi Lingual (MLK) feature.
IPPB’s offline reach, coupled with Koo’s ability to empower users via digital touchpoints, will ensure communication with users in India’s widest and most remote areas. The cooperation will also include managing customer relations for IPPB users through the Koo complaint system.
“Our collaboration with Koo is an initiative to connect with citizens in the language of their choice, thanks to its features such as MLK and many others.
