As in 2023, India The cricket calendar in 2024 will be very busy. Rohit Sharma & Co will face South Africa in their first match of 2024. The second Test match of the two-match series will begin on January 3 (Wednesday). After the Test series, the Men in Blue will face Afghanistan in a three-match T20I series starting January 11 (Thursday). But it's the 2024 T20 World Cup that is the culmination of it all.

India will also play two five-match Test series against England and Australia in 2024, at home and away respectively. A total of four Test series will be part of India's cricket calendar and WTC series 2023-25.

The biggest event in the 2024 Indian cricket calendar is the T20 World Cup 2024 in June. After failing to win an ICC trophy for over a decade, 2024 is shaping up to be a big year for Team India.
