IND-W vs AUS-W: Beth Mooney survives first Test as India bat early

After a poor start for Australia, Beth Mooney would also be dismissed before DRS came to her rescue in the IND-W vs AUS-W Test.

Australia’s Beth Mooney was almost caught by Renuka Singh in the IND-W vs AUS-W one-off Test in Mumbai. Australia won the toss and elected to bat, Australia promptly lost the first two games. Mooney almost joins them in the pavilion before DRS saves him.

The Australian batsman was trapped by Renuka Singh on the first delivery of the fourth over. India has decided to review the no-out decision given by the on-field umpire. The ball tracking system showed that the ball was about to hit the stumps and the third umpire asked his colleague on the field to defend his decision to withdraw from play.
