The departure of the Indian T20 World Cup-winning cricket team from the Caribbean island has been delayed as the charter flight has not yet arrived there.
A special chartered flight by Air India, named AIC24WC (Air India Champions 24 World Cup), is scheduled to bring back the Indian team, its support staff, the players' families, some board members and Indian media who were stranded here for the past three days due to Hurricane Beryl.

The Rohit Sharma-led side won the title after a thrilling seven-point victory over South Africa in the final on Saturday.
The flight, which departed New Jersey, USA, on July 2, is expected to land in Barbados at around 2 a.m. local time.
The flight is now scheduled to depart Barbados at 4:30 am (local time). The flight time to Delhi will be 16 hours, where the team will land at 6 am (IST) on Thursday, assuming there are no further delays in departure.
The Grantley Adams International Airport here resumed operations on Tuesday. Earlier, the Indian team was scheduled to depart at around 6pm local time on July 2 and arrive at 7.45pm (IST) on Wednesday.
The players are expected to be honoured by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, but the schedule for the event has not yet been finalised.
Hurricane Beryl has now reached Category 4, has been downgraded from Category 5 to Category 6 and is moving towards Jamaica.
