Meta confirmed the issue on its status page with a message time-stamped at 10:17 a.m. ET that read: “We are aware of an issue affecting Facebook login. Our engineering teams are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.” At 12:07 p.m. ET, the status page said: “We are recovering from a previous outage that impacted Facebook Login and services are currently being restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.”
What problem did Facebook, Instagram and Threads users face?
