The team will now compete in the PUBG Mobile World Invitational (PMWI) 2022 under the GodLike Stalwart Esports banner.

The prestigious event will be held on August 11-20 and will feature the best teams from around the world. It will feature a $3 million prize pool and will be played in two phases, Main Event and Afterparty Showdown.

Teams are invited to the Main Event (August 11-13), which has a total prize pool of $2 million. The top five teams from this phase will advance to the second phase. The Soul India team was also invited to the Main Event, while 7Sea will take part in the Afterparty.

GodLike Esports, owned by popular gaming influencer Kronten, is one of the most popular organizations in mobile esports. The organization currently has rosters in three matches – BGMI, COD Mobile and Free Fire.

Their partnership came just after BGMI was banned from following orders from the Indian government. This is shocking news for all fans as Krafton released the Indian version of PUBG Mobile a year earlier.

Stalwart Esports, an Indian organization with a Mongolian team, is one of the best PUBG Mobile teams in the world. The team has several titles in major tournaments and is currently the South Asian champions.

In September 2021, Stalwart Esports acquired the former Astra Academy roster, who was crowned the 2021 PMPL South Asian Championship Season 1 Champion.

The team rose to fame by winning the Spring PMCO 2020 Wildcard. Since then, they have impressed everyone with their amazing performances.

Stalwart Esports has won two major tournaments before – PMPL South Asia Spring and South Asia Championship 2022. The team is said to be one of the top contenders for the PMWI trophy: Main Event.
