Sports League – F1 News: Force India have just released their new livery, the VJM10, which will later challenge for the Formula 1 title in the 2017 season. And so far, the Silverstone-based team is the fourth team to debut their new land jet after Williams, Sauber and Renault.

The Sahara Force India team has just launched its new F1 car which will be used throughout the 2017 season. At the event held at Silverstone, Force India also presented its two drivers, namely Sergio Perez and the former Manor Racing Team driver, Esteban Ocon.

This is what Force India's new VJM10 car looks like

As is known, this land plane, named VJM10, is the 10th car produced by the Silverstone-based team, especially since Vijay Mallya took over as CEO of Force India, which was previously called the Spyker F1 team.

In order to realize its ambitions for the 2017 season, the Force India team has decided to continue its partnership with the German manufacturer Mercedes, as supplier of the VJM10 engine, in place since the 2009 season.

“With new riders, new rules and new ambitions to create the most successful season ever. “It's time to push again,” according to a statement from the Force India team quoted on its official website.

In the 2016 season, the Silverstone-based team finished fourth in the final constructors' standings after collecting a total of 173 points behind Mercedes, Red Bull Racing and Scuderia Ferrari. This result certainly makes Force India even more ambitious for the 2017 season.

So, will Force India be able to compete with other big F1 teams in the new season that will begin soon?
