SHARE NEWS – Indonesian senior couple Mohammad Ahsan-Hendra Setiawan have managed to qualify for the semi-finals of Singapore Open 2022.
Mohammad Ahsan-Hendra Setiawan advanced to the semi-finals of the 2022 Singapore Open after beating Indian pair MR Arjun-Dhruv Kapila in three matches 10-21, 21-18, 21-17.
Fighting at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Friday, July 15, 2022, Mohammad Ahsan-Hendra Setiawan was left behind in the first match but was able to repay him in the following match.

In the first game, Ahsan-Hendra’s game was very monotonous, so it was easy for his opponent to get broken and he was still trailing in points, so he had to lose 10-21.
However, in the second set, the senior Indonesian pair started to rise and there was a chase to score and lead each other.
The pressure exerted by the Indonesian couple caused the Indian couple to make a lot of unnecessary mistakes.

Despite numerous mistakes, the Indian pair fought a persistent struggle and there was a point overrun.
They had a 16-14 lead, but thanks to their vast experience, the Indonesian pair took a 17-16 lead and continued until they finished the second match at 21-18.
