EThey are dressed in red, orange, yellow, green, blue or purple. Barefoot, the women dance in circles, smiling, red bindi between their eyebrows, carried by the sound of the flute and small drum, the tabla, originating in northern India. Next to the musician sitting on the ground, dozens of loyal applause. Others come to meditate with saint Jalaram the Father, dressed up, a turban on his head and a wreath around his neck, whose statue is in this Shree Jalaram shrine room, in Leicester, in the Midlands (central England).
