Air India connects Delhi to Phuket | India News

PUNE: Air India is supposed to connect Delhi with PhuketThailand’s popular island destination, with nonstop service starting Dec. 15, airline officials said.
The service will meet the demand for convenient air connections between the two cities for tourism and trade, while further strengthening the airline’s expansion plans in the Far East and the Far East South East Asia.
Operated with an A320neo aircraft with 162 seats (150 in economy and 12 in business class). AI 378will depart from Delhi at 01:10 am and arrive in Phuket at 07:10 am on the same day. The flight backAI 379 will take off from Phuket at 8:10 a.m. and land in Delhi at 10:50 a.m. (local time).
Starting with a schedule of four flights per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays), the service will expand to daily operations from January 2024.

Air India currently operates a total of 26 flights per week to Bangkok, with daily non-stop flights from Delhi and Mumbai and six weekly flights from Kolkata. Additionally, Air India passengers can enjoy convenient connections via Bangkok to and from 10 popular destinations in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia on the Bangkok Airways network, with which Air India has an interline partnership.
