The “Migration and Mobility Partnership” still has to be approved in both countries. The signing is expected to take place in the first quarter of this year, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The agreement could go into effect weeks later. The agreement contains benchmarks from 800 red-white-red cards per year.
