Esports News: The VALORANT tournament titled GXR India Invitational will take place from November 18 to 20, 2022. After Rex Regum Qeom (RRQ), BOOM Esports has also been announced as the participating Indonesian team.

The event becomes an off-season game that will feature a new roster from each team before rolling through the 2023 VCT ​​season.

BOOM Esports will be fielding their new team which was announced some time ago. The organization’s new line-up consists of severiNe, Shiro, Famouz, BerserX and blaZek1ng. Later, BOOM will meet his trio of former minions, namely Lmemore, Fl1pzjder, and Thebotol who have now joined RRQ.

Not only BOOM Esports and RRQ, Bleed eSports which was bolstered by sScary also appeared at the GXR India Invitational. Bleed secured their participation thanks to the successful completion of the SEA Qualifier.

There is also Team Heretics, a team from the EMEA league which has just inaugurated m1xwell on its roster. M1xwell has joined one of the well-known esports organizations, G2 Esports. Additionally, APAC giant Paper Rex is also confirmed to participate.

However, according to Esports ID, something is missing, namely the absence of Talon Esports. Based on CRW’s statement during the broadcast, the Thai team did not appear due to lack of time to prepare.

Hosted by Dubai-based Galaxy Racer, the GXR India Invitational will take place at an as-yet-undisclosed location in Hyderabad, India. The event featured eight teams, made up of guest teams from the APAC region and contestants from the Indian and Southeast Asian qualifying pathways.
