Big hugs for OnePlus users! OnePlus 10T now supports 5G, here’s how to enable it

New Delhi: OnePlus 10T users in India have started receiving Jio 5G support update from OnePlus. The smartphone maker recently released OxygenOS 12 A.10, a firmware update that brings it to CPH2413 11 A.10. Jio is now supported with an upgrade to 5G in gadgets.

Recall that on October 1 during the 6th Indian Mobile Congress, 5G network services were introduced in the country. Currently, Jio and Airtel have rolled out 5G networks in several cities across the country. Vodafone Idea has not made any 5G service announcements. Announcing the update on the community forum, OnePlus mentioned that Jio 5G will be implemented starting Monday, October 24. Indeed, cooperation with operators is necessary for the adoption of 5G. Although Jio 5G is included in this version, it is currently not available. After this date, Jio users can test this feature after installing the update, which has been added. Open the Settings app on your Oneplus 10T to install the latest firmware. Check if the update appears at the top of the screen by immediately tapping About Device. Click the Download button to see if your device can download it. This OTA will be gradual as usual. A small percentage of customers will get the OTA today, and in the coming days it will be more widely distributed.

The latest OnePlus 10T software update adds support for the Jio 5G network. The update also includes the October security patch for Android. The version change log also includes system, network, and views.
