Since the NBC peacock is not well known in our country, Universal will launch its streaming service in France by the end of the year, with the availability of the channels of famous groups at the forefront: Syfy, 13me Rue, E! but also a new channel centered on Dreamworks production. Paris, October 17, 2022 – NBCUniversal International Networks & Direct-To-Consumer announces Universal+ launch in France, distribution and launch date to be communicated soon. This new entertainment service will provide access to channels 13 ME RUE, SYFY, E! and DreamWorks and will provide access to a large selection of on-demand content – in one easily accessible place.

Universal+, which is currently available in Spain, Latin America (especially Brazil), India and Africa, will soon be available in France. From science fiction thrillers to reality TV series, Universal+ offers the possibility to enjoy a wide range of content from 13 ME RUE, SYFY, E! and the new DreamWorks channel. DreamWorks, a channel dedicated to kids and the whole family, will also be available for the first time in France in a linear and non-linear fashion via Universal+.

Currently available to 35 million homes across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Netherlands, Spain, Brazil, Chile, and Mexico, this launch expands DreamWorks’ presence to 43 regions. Universal+ will bring you thousands of hours of must-watch programming from 13 ME RUE, SYFY, E! and DreamWorks. The service will offer a large selection of the original 13 ME RUE series (Cuisine Interne, Marion), entire seasons of the popular show (L’Incroyable Kardashian Famille), children’s series (O Est Charlie?, Les Aventures du Chat Pott) and new seasons of exclusive series (New York: Organized Crime, Resident Alien), consumption without moderation, in one place, easily accessible.
