Together with Dutch tech companies, DANA is accelerating its goal of financial inclusion

Jakarta – DANA, one of the digital wallet services in Indonesia, is in synergy with a data and technology platform company from the Netherlands, HERE Technologies. Through this collaboration, DANA uses HERE location services to support its financial inclusion services in Indonesia.

Vince Iswara, co-founder and CEO of DANA Indonesia explained, for DANA partners, that HERE’s API technology also allows them to deliver digital offerings designed more efficiently around their users. According to him, DANA has always been committed to using our inclusive financial technology platform to encourage national economic growth.

“Therefore, we have combined our lifestyle-based financial app with the HERE platform to ensure that we also reach a large portion of the Indonesian population who are unbanked (unbanked) as well as those who already have a bank account but have not yet accessed it. others (underbanked), and makes it easier for the people of Indonesia to transact,” he said, as quoted August 12, 2022.

HERE Geocoding’s API technology provides precise geographic coordinates of known addresses, places, localities or administrative regions in more than 100 countries and regions. Additionally, HERE’s reverse geocoding capability allows DANA users to find the nearest address using coordinates or selecting a location point from the in-app map.
