After releasing a sketch of the facelift of the Hyundai Venue, now Hyundai has unveiled the exterior design of the compact SUV. Hyundai has also announced the launch of the new Hyundai Venue in India on June 16. The Hyundai Venue is one of Hyundai’s best-selling cars and competes with cars like the Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon and Maruti Suzuki Brezza.
While there is still much to know about the upcoming Hyundai Venue facelift, it has now been confirmed that the next Venue will come with updated front and rear displays. At the front, this model will continue to feature split headlamps, but the top headlight element now appears to be an extension of the grille itself. The bumper has been redesigned to look wider and bolder, with a larger faux skid plate. The grille receives a dark chrome finish. On the side, changes are in the form of updates to the design of the wheels or hubcaps, depending on the variant. The big change, however, is at the rear where the Venue now gets a connected taillight design similar to the Kia Sonet. The rear bumper has also been extensively redesigned. Overall, the car is much sleeker and more modern than before.
Other confirmations for the Hyundai Venue include Google voice assistant and Alexa integration, more than 60 connected tech features as part of the Hyundai BlueLink, and two-stage reclining rear seats.
For now, Hyundai has not provided further details regarding the car’s transmission options or interior appearance. But as is the case with new car launches of late, we can expect the automaker to continue releasing bits of information about the car officially to build excitement until its launch. Stay tuned for all updates.
