Patiala, Jun 29 (PTI) Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Saturday met Indian athletes heading to the Olympics and also inspected the progress of the new infrastructure to be built at the Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NSNIS).

During his visit, Mandaviya met weightlifter Mirabai Chanu, javelin thrower Anu Rani and shot putter Abha Khatua.

“My conversations with Mirabai, Anu Rani and Abha have convinced me that our athletes are receiving the best support in their preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games,” he said.
