Naotaka Nishiyama, the founder of Tech Japan, announced his move to India in a LinkedIn post, calling it a “definitely big new chapter” in his life.

In one post he wrote: “The time has finally come. I am moving to India and will live in Bengaluru tomorrow. I've been visiting India for almost 10 years, but this is the first time I've “actually lived” there. This is definitely a big new chapter in my life.”

It has been a month since Nishiyama has been living in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka, and he recently took to LinkedIn again to talk about his experiences in the country.

He said: “It has been a month since I moved to India and I am once again amazed at the diversity of values ​​in India. It is a wonder that India is one country despite being a big country with different religions, races and values. It is a good opportunity to think about leadership as India is currently in the election season.”

Talking about how working in India is better than Japan, he further wrote: “Japan: From a homogeneous environment, containment and control within a small framework of homogeneous values. India: Lead in a diverse environment by creating a large framework that can embrace heterogeneous values. The leadership of the Indian Way that the world needs today.

Nishiyama also praised the business stronghold India founded by him, Sundar Pichai and Satya Nadella, who did wonders in their fields.

“They were born in India, received their education there and then went to the US for graduate studies. In other words, it is only because India embodies both competition and collaboration that it is able to assume a leadership role in a global organization.”

Towards the end of his post, he spoke about how he would like to learn from this Indian leadership and fully implement it in running his own organization.
