In the lunar landscape of the Himalayan plateau in Ladakh, military convoys stretch and follow each other. According to residents of Leh, the capital of this ancient Buddhist kingdom on the Indian border, travel is continuous. Supported by the air force, the vehicles transport soldiers, food, equipment and combat materials. Over a dizzying path, they converge towards a remote valley in the East, which borders the Chinese border. With winter approaching and freezing temperatures set to paralyze the region, India is mobilizing its resources for an extraordinary military logistics exercise. This race against time was carried out by strengthening China's position and their rear bases simultaneously. Along a border hit by high tensions, 50,000 troops now look at each other like Chinese dogs.
