Defending world champion, Francesco Bagnaia once again leads the general classification in the MotoGP™ category. The Italian racer has won 5 races this season and collected 283 points. The Ducati rider was followed by two other Ducati riders, namely Juan Martin (247 points) and Marco Bezzecchi (218 points). Pecco Bagnaia saw his opponents raise their heads, especially the Spaniard who won the last Grand Prix in San Marino and was on the podium at the previous race in Catalonia. This weekend, the premier category racers will travel to India at the Buddh international circuit. Inaugurated in 2011, the track is one of the new features of the 2023 MotoGP™ World Championship. Riders will therefore find a track already frequented by their Formula 1™ counterparts, considered technical by their peers. However, with a slightly smaller configuration, the distance is 4.96 kilometers, making this GP the sixth longest circuit on the calendar. The track has 8 turns, with a straight line of more than one kilometer. The race takes 24 laps or the equivalent of 119 kilometers. Which channel is broadcasting it?
