Infosys Latest salary increase 2023 news today India: Indian technology giant Infosys ushered in the festive season by distributing salary adjustment letters to a significant number of its employees on Friday, lifting spirits at a time of sluggish demand for technology services globally in the information technology sector. The salary adjustments, which traditionally come into effect from April 1, will now come into effect from November 1, 2023, ET quoted sources in its report.
Employees were told: “We are pleased to review your compensation in recognition of your commitment and performance, effective November 1, 2023.” Infosys typically announces compensation reviews in June with retroactive effect from April 1. However, in 2023, management delayed the announcement, ET report added.

According to the company, the compensation review program relates to the 2023/24 financial year. The email thanking employees also recognizes their “unparalleled support and efforts to overcome the current challenges and ensure success in all aspects.”
